We are happy to introduce you to Aftercare. Our JCAHO accredited, not-for-profit aftercare programs provide outpatient services for adults suffering with serous and persistent mental illness. Sometimes life throws us a curve, and we're not sure how to make the turn. The staff at our Aftercare office is here to help.

Our agency is professionally staffed by Psychiatrists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, Certified Addiction Counselors, and other Mental Health Specialists. 

All residents of Leyden and Norwood Park townships are eligible to be assessed for services on a discounted fee schedule. In addition, we have flexible payment plans and some insurance companies cover a portion of the cost. Lastly, we are Medicaid Certified.
